What is SignalSurf Listening?
Listening is a way to collect market conversations around a question, account or topic and decide what deserves attention. SignalSurf keeps the source evidence with the work so that your team can distinguish a useful signal from a noisy keyword match.
Collection and replying are different operations. Reading a public post does not grant permission to message its author or comment through any account.
Which platforms and replies are supported?
The maintained product scope includes Threads, X, Reddit and LinkedIn collection paths. Threads and LinkedIn setup require a connected identity. Availability also depends on the selected source, provider entitlement and target access.
Native public reply paths exist for eligible Threads and LinkedIn targets. Cold X replies are not supported. Reddit native reply support remains partial; do not plan a live Reddit reply play from the demo alone.
How should I review a signal?
Start with a concrete market question. Select the source and cadence, inspect the original conversation and explain why it fits. Review the draft's facts, tone, account and destination before a supported send.
Automatic sending is a separate, explicit setting. If a signal is useful for prospect research instead, hand off only the selected records and the context the next play needs. Your first outcome can simply be a reviewed shortlist.
