What does Outbound own?
Outbound owns Campaign resources and sender management. SignalSurf connects prospect research with sequence preparation so that outreach can use the evidence you have collected instead of a generic personalization guess.
A Campaign is not the same as a research Table or an automation Workflow. Keep the selected audience, sender and campaign goal clear when handing work from one module to another.
What happens before a launch?
Define your account universe and qualification criteria. Research only the approved scope, inspect missing or uncertain facts, and choose the people who should enter the campaign. Prepare the sequence from those facts and review every step.
Confirm connected sender availability, audience suppression, delivery readiness and usage budget before execution. Research can use credits, and provider results can be incomplete. A prepared sequence does not prove a message has been delivered.
When should I use it?
Use Outbound for a bounded, researched audience and an offer your team can explain. Begin with a small cohort and a review owner, then use real replies to decide what to change.
Do not promise automatic meetings or a fixed reply rate. Keep your existing CRM if it is your system of record, and verify the specific import or export operation you plan to use. Current module prices and service options are on Pricing.
